Cleaning Services:

At Coastal Property Services we provide an exceptionally high standard of cleaning based on criteria set by Visit Britain. All furniture, where possible, is moved and cleaned both behind and above, and where possible, we use enviromentally friendly cleaning products as well as the old fashion favourites like vinegar and lemon juice.

Weekly Cleans:

These can be arranged at a time that suits you and on a day that suits you, with the same cleaner available to you each week.

Cleaning Between Holiday Lets:

Available on your change over day with the same cleaner looking after your property each week. Where there is break of more than a week between lets we can, if required, freshen up your property prior to yourself or your guests' arrival.

Spring Cleaning:

Springs cleans are regarded as a full clean but with a more in depth approach such as cleaning of cupboards, crockery, cookware, cutlery, washing of curtains, sofa covers, cushion covers, duvets, etc and those areas that are paid attention to less often.

One Off / Builders Cleans:

Exactly what they say they are, if you have had work carried out at your property, just purchased a new property, moving or just wanting a break from every day cleaning then Coastal Property Services can help.

Laundry Services:

We provide a full laundry service and can wash and launder Duvets, Curtains, duvet covers, cushion covers, fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, mattress protectors and pillow case protectors.

Bed Making Service:

If you are a second home owner and let your property to family, friends and guests we can make up any beds required for their visit with the laundry provided.

Welcome Packs:

The welcome pack is provided as a little treat for your guests and is a great gesture after a long journey. It adds that personal touch and also sets the mood for the start of your guests well earned break. A basic pack can consist of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits but can be elaborated on as required to include items such as wine, flowers, chocolates and even Adnams gift vouchers. Welcome packs can be tailor made to suit holiday times such as Easter and Christmas.

Extra Provisions:

Coastal Property Services ensures that in any property we clean which is let out to holiday guests then the following provisions are left and are included within our cleaning charge:
1x toilet roll in each bathroom/seperate w/c, 1x jay cloth and 1x scourer for the kitchen and bin liners in any bin inside the property.
We do suggest that a small bottle of washing up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets are also provided and we can supply these for you for a small charge.
