For all electrical, plumbing and gas work that requires a certificate we can recommend qualified engineers.

Property Checks:

You may be a second home owner or just going away on holiday and would like peace of mind that whilst you are away from your home everything is safe and secure. We can check the following and ensure that everything is in good working order: heating, hot water, lights, smoke alarms, doors and windows locked and secure. With all second homes that Coastal Property Services look after we incorporate an interior and exterior property check when cleaning.

Security Checks:

With a fully qualified Locksmith as part of the team we can advise you on your locks on all doors and windows and ensure that they meet with your insurance requirements.

Window Cleaning:

We do both interior and exterior window cleaning which includes sills and can be done on a frequency to suit your requirements.

Maintenance Call Out:

This service is 24hr and is provided for second home owners and their guests giving peace of mind that in the instance of something going wrong we are on hand to help.
