About Coastal Property Services

Coastal Property Services was set up in December 2008 by myself, Jayne Smy, a former director of the successful holiday lettings company Suffolk Holidays Ltd, based in Southwold prior to its sale in January 2008. Having been in the holiday industry for over 15 years I bring into the business a wealth of knowledge and pride myself on my professional and friendly approach.

I moved from Essex to the beautiful coastal area of Covehithe with my parents in 1974 and have lived locally for 35 years and have an excellent knowledge of the local area.

My husband Chris undertakes the maintenance work carried out by Coastal Property Services and is also a fully qualified Locksmith and registered installer of Supra Key Safes. Chris moved back to Suffolk in 2004 after serving 12 years in the Army as a gunfitter.

At Coastal Property Services we have a team Manager, Keel Broom, who started with us in September 09 and who works closely with me to ensure that each property is checked fully after cleaners have been in and before guests arrive. Keel also assists Chris with maintenance work when required and has spent the last 20 years working within the holiday and leisure industry.

We are fully insured and we have all had our Criminal Record Bereau checks carried out so that you can be assured that we take our work very seriously.
